The name 'Golden Bubbles' is actually being pronounced 'Goruden Awa'; 'Goruden' for 'Golden' and 'Awa' for 'Bubble'. Interpreting this as the Japanese pronunciation of an English phrase gives you 'Golden Hour (awa)'. There are several festivals in Japan involving relaxation around the golden hour for photography (sunrise and sunset), including those involving public baths, but I'm not sure if that's the intended reference. This hasn't been closely examined, but the names of Kalifa's Awa Awa no Mi abilities is probably some sort of hyperspecific reference to something else in some mythology or religion, or older Japanese anime series from when he was growing up.
