His nom de plume is "ONE", and he is not a particularly great artist. Which is why One Punch Man is drawn by someone else. But he is a phenomenal storyboard artist, and has a very distinct visual vocabulary, with lots of Matrix-style swirling cameras and Dutch angles as you mentioned. Mob Psycho 100 is the anime where the artwork tries to capture his specific art style without farming out the artwork to someone else.

Both are subjected to some of Nerdy's red flags(Hisoka and Killua's family represent the worst parts of Thriller Bark). On top of that, it is a long running series(150 eps) that ends abruptly because it caught up to the manga; a manga that may never finish because of frequently going on hiatus. Look, I like Hunter, but I can forgive it for many of it's world building inconsistencies. I don't think Nerdy can.
