At a guess, all of Nelson Murdock and Page got blipped, as did Jessica Jones. Luke Cage didn't, though, and was probably one of the reasons that NYC didn't fall into chaos during the Blip, whether by his status as an invulnerable anti-hero or as a gang boss in Harlem. Danny Rand and Colleen Wing? Total toss-up. They could've just been abroad in Kun Lun or dealing with other mystical stuff. (And no way Nerdy could take on ten 12-year olds who were rock climbers and martial artists. There's a reason those kinda kids are nicknamed the Junior Ninja Squad. ;P)
