2025-02-03 09:30:13 +0000 UTCYou can sort of tell when the anime is adding filler when the setting becomes incredibly nonsensical: like those infinite stairs to nowhere where Nami and Usopp don't remember to use fire, and Lola making a series holes through walls to re-encounter Absalom and have information reiterated to her that she already had.
