2025-04-04 21:52:41 +0000 UTCI agree with a lot of what you're saying, like Deira and the healing, but the Moggy scene was taken right from the books (yes, that scene happened - Moggy visited Nynaeve and Elayne in Tanchico before they went to the palace and compulsed them) and those were fire spears, not fire swords. Some of the ranting is nitpicky like whether Rand uses weaves to make the girl stand up vs. using the power to make her heart beat while she's laying down (he doesn't actually bring her back to life in the books), but you do have some great points as well. Also, my take on that guy finding the bracer is they're starting to bring in Mat's luck + more ta'veren concepts, although they're not explaining that very well yet. I thought the wise ones should have been more angry that Egwene broke her word - maybe they'll get more into that when they get past the immediate crisis. I wish they had more episodes/time to get into the finer points and explain things better, but then there's always the danger of too much exposition.
