Could somebody tell me how to use the benefit?

I don't even know how to use it......and how is it work.....
it seems I debt so many things to my patron.......
and I checked my exit surveys, it's lot of people say he/she didn't get the reward I promised
(I had said if you donate me for 3 month, I will choose a random guys to give a free request, is still there, but I don't have too much time to check, if you are qualified please let me know.)
but remember, I will choose RANDOMLY , you can't send me message for force me to do whatever you want me do
and free request can't be editing or ask how to draw, I will draw it in random way.
