Stupid arm bend bones

This guide is super helpful but its really throwing my whole process for a loop. I'm trying to get this to work to improve the experience of my avatars, and make them high quality. But that being said i have been unsuccessfully trying to make it work. Once i do i will publish more avatars, but i really want to figure this out to keep my avatars high quality.
Also wont be able to work over Thanksgiving so nothing new until after that, at least.
