FM23 Cheat Table Update 13

What's new:
Added
- Script: Improve Player Partnerships to Person -> Presets -> Manager.
- Script: Change Birth Place to Person -> Presets -> General.
- Script: Recruit Players for Any Fee to Presets (Global).
- PA Range to Golden Generation.
- Application Method to Golden Generation.
Improvements
- Golden Generation can be applied to specific Nation.
- Golden Generation can be applied to specific Competition.
Fixed
- Minor bugs on Accelerate Player Development.
- Rare crash on Golden Generation.
How to use this table (Please read this carefully to avoid any issue):
- Open the game first.
- Load a saved game or start a new game.
- Activate the Run Table; wait a second.
- When everything is finished, you can start editing.
Other things to mention:
- You need Cheat Engine to run this table, get it from (https://www.cheatengine.org/)

- Open this zip file using WinRAR (https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?&L=0)
- Enable 'Disable Dark Mode support' on Cheat Engine for an optimal viewing experience. (Edit -> Settings -> Disable Dark Mode support)
Update for Recruit Players for Any Fee instructions
This script will bypass the seller club's transfer offer processing so you may immediately offer a contract to a player.
How to Use:
1. Activate the script.
2. Select a player you wish to sign and make any price offer (Do not click on Suggest Terms).
3. Return to the player's screen; on the Contract tab, click Enter Contract Negotiations; and then offer the player a contract.
4. AFTER OFFERING A CONTRACT, DISABLE THE SCRIPT; then, simply wait for the player's confirmation, and you're done!
Tips and Known Bugs:
● Will bugged if you let staff to handle Contract Negotiations (Staff -> Responsibilities -> Transfer and Contract Responsibilities -> Negotiating Player Signings for .....).
● If you have a problem with a player who is stuck and does nothing, try to disable the script and return to player's screen then on Transfer tab, select Cancel Transfer.

I probably wouldn't have known it existed if I hadn't first pressed "need help?" by accident. in addition, the function cannot be activated and its box cannot be pressed. I don't know if you already knew about this but I wanted to say if did not. i love your work and thank you

This zip file has been encrypted with WinRAR, I don't know if it cannot be opened with Windows Explorer's zip folder.

2023-04-19 01:34:09 +0000 UTCResearching the error code, after making sure antivirus was off, reinstalling CE, and testing it on a different machine, it seems like the final thing is file permissions. That was specifically highlighted while researching the error code.

Desktop is Windows 11, reinstalled CE to get the same message. Laptop is Windows 10, received the message outright. Can't extract files, can't launch from download.

2023-04-18 21:48:34 +0000 UTCThis suggestion did not work for me. Another error is popping up when double clicking on the table within the downloaded file itself. Windows cannot complete, the destination file could not be created.
