Patreon Changes after November 7th.

I received a notification from Patreon about a change they'll make to the tier system. From my understanding, it is really helpful for creators and will only require one action from some of the patrons. So all in all is good, I think.

From the creator's side, allowing us to check to what tiers a post can be accessed, like for example only $1 and $5, instead of allowing access to $1 and every other tier above it as it is right now; is really helpful and it gives a good chance for creative ways to deliver rewards.

On the patron's side, most everyone won't need to do anything, since the system will automatically sign you up to the tier matching the amount of money you're already pledging. So, if you're pledging precisely $1 and no more, then you'll be signed up to the first tier of my reward list automatically, and if you are pledging $5, you'll be singned up to the third. At least that's what my understanding.

Hence, the problem comes from those that are pledging different than the base price, and those who pledge with no reward.

Those who pledge with no reward, can now sign up to a matching reward, or can still support without receieving rewards. All my posts directed to "all patrons" will still be available to every single paying patron including no reward patrons. Make sure that you are matched to "no reward" or the reward tier you want here, after november 7th. They also have a tutorial here. 

For those who are pledging more than the base price, for example, $7 instead of the base $5,  you'll need to sign up for the respective tier of $5 so you won't miss any of the future posts and rewards. The place to do it should be the same as above.
