The keyword is "HE". Katherine really shouldn't be implicating the Hemlock's daughter for crimes that she had no involvement with. Also, she's a princess. It wouldn't surprise me if her whole kingdom was founded upon the slaughter of millions of innocents. I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate it if one of those peoples descendents wanted her head for the ruthless actions of her ancestors. Damned hypocrite.
