Pledging on Euros and British Pounds
Added 2020-08-07 16:51:40 +0000 UTCPatreon added a new feature that lets people from Europe and the UK pledge in their local currency. This feature supposedly will prevent you paying extra conversion fees from your bank or card when pledging in a currency that’s not your own. It shouldn't affect me, according what they shared in their message, so you should feel free to adjust that if it helps you in any way.
According Patreon latest message, If you want to turn on this feature, you can do this:
- On Patreon.com, hover over your avatar in the top right of your screen.
- Click Manage memberships.
- Find my Patreon (ABD - DarkBlueWorkshop), and click Edit.
- Under Currency, choose your preferred currency.
- Click Update to save your settings.
