FM24 "Increase-Realism"-Megapack JANUARY EARLY-ACCESS (29.12.23)

Hello everyone! I'm very excited to share my January update with you! In terms of content, it's probably the biggest update I've created so far!

FOR BETA-USERS:
There are no changes made. This is the final version for the January update

New files:
- Citizenship fix
- Worldwide Award fixes
- Worldwide Derby fixes
- Nations agreements
- National team attendance
- National team reputation
- Youth & training facilities improvements
- League files for: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras

Updated files:
- Alternative youth ratings
- Salaries, Market values and Sponsors
- Club finances fix

The main focus was on testing existing FM23 files and updating them. Many people think that you could simply copy these 1:1 - forget it :D Every FM is a new game and certain functions are different or bugs are no longer present.

Briefly summarized what this update changes:
- Player development has been improved (Newgens were often weakened because they were too strong when they appear in the youth intakes. In some rare cases they were also strengthened where needed.
- Awards have been created (the problem with reputation being too low still exists, but its consequences (national teams that are too old etc.) are no longer present. If anything, I'll weaken this file a little in the future, but I'll leave it like that for now
- Derbies have been created
- Years to gain nationality has been adjusted for all nations

You can find out what each file does in detail in my FM23 posts. It's more or less the same, but updated and adapted to FM24.

League files:
The league files are based on DaveTheEditor, who gave me the permission for it. I've already created a lot more files, but other creators have done a good job in the meantime and I'm definitely not bothered about this task, so I'll prefer to recommend them instead of creating them myself :D

The league files I created will probably be removed again if there are better alternatives.

So far I have tested the files from MasterIgor, which already covers all of Asia and South America. I can already recommend this in terms of functionality. Balancing in terms of salaries/market values/sponsors still takes time for me to check:

Custom setups are scheduled for January, my schedule is very tight at the moment.


As announced last month, I would like to avoid changes in the ALPHA/BETA versions as much as possible so that you can start a save game at any time. This month this worked perfectly:)

I'm also trying to start a more comprehensive simulation as soon as possible.

HOW TO INSTALL:

Please delete all previous files. All required files are available in every update.
