FM24 "Increase-Realism"-Megapack DECEMBER EARLY-ACCESS (22.11.24)

Hello everyone!

I'm happy to present you my next update for Football Manager 24.

This months focus was all about to make the game again more difficult as it was with my current files. I found some further tweaks to achieve this.

FOR BETA USERS:
There were no changes compared to the BETA version

"CA/PA Adjustments, new wonderkids & others":

I've further updated this file to reflect the Season 24/25 as good as possible. In total there are over 1.5 million edits in this file only.

"Geographics & languages":

I have further increased the difficulty to learn a language. This makes it more difficult to keep foreign players happy when they do not speak the language yet.

"Realistic injuries":

In order to slow down player development slightly again and to further increase squad rotation, I have mostly increased the "severity" of injuries. This results in a longer healing process and a greater likelihood of players becoming injured again. In addition to the effects mentioned above, it is also a "real-life"-reflection of the increasing number of complaints from players that their health is suffering more and more as more and more games have to be played.

"Referee Adjustments" NEW:

This file is currently experimental in terms of what it does. (it won't damage your save-game so you can use it for sure)

My idea is that referees are doing their job a bit worse than before and also a bit more strict. I hope that the following impact will be there:

- More yellow or yellow/red cards which should again force the need of more Subs

- More questionable decisions to replicate todays controversy of VAR

I'll test this in more detail to check if it works the way I want as soon as possible.

Plans until public release:
I'll try to evaluate the referee adjustments file and give you a bit more context what kind of impact it does.
