Last panel - it is behind them now... don't know if is just a undead or the necromancer but you can see both woman in the distance. The right hand figure has a torch and we know that is Katherine. Based on the position of the two woman running in the panel two panels above the last, it means whatever it is in the last panel is now behind them.
