The Dark Lord may be long gone, but other dangers lurk in the dark of night, always interrupting when things get interesting. But somehow, Severus doesn't mind it all quite that much.
Episode notes: Here we are. Finally. This is the first family fluff I've done. Their relationship is still passionate, but tempered somewhat by the reality of being parents. I'd like to imagine that he would be comfortable taking a step back and pursuing his interests in private while devoting his attention to the family he never had. I hope you like it and I hope this is ending does them justice.
Some ideas for bonus episodes could cover meeting her parents, the wedding and becoming parents. Though for now I'll leave it at this and focus on the new stories you've chosen.

He never had a happy childhood or a real home except what he created for himself. He deserves the love of a partner and children. I love that you have him the chance to be happy. The PTSD he must live with is almost beyond comprehension.

I think very young children are much more attuned to their physical surroundings and the increase of this energy wakes them up.
