Small updates to the Patreon Tiers

I made some (long overdue) slight changes to the Patreon Tiers to better reflect the current situation. (In the Netherlands we have some proverb for getting your act together when it's too late, but I don't know it in English):

1) Removed the factorio server line, as it's been offline for...uhm... a long while now... If we'll start a new server, I will re-add this perk.

Meanwhile, 3 savefiles are available in my save-folder (unplayed map, pre-artillery train, final save with 2898 rockets launched!). If you don't have access to the savegames map, you can download them here (will remove after one week) (I'm not sure they can be immediately loaded in the current factorio version, may need some inbetween version shenanigans)

2) Specified my (non-)activity level in Discord. Once I get properly setup, I'd really like to do some livestreams again, perhaps also some none-gameplay ones like patreon-only chatty livestreams while recording and/or editing the videos), and then I'll try to be around in the Discord more often or perhaps on a scheduled basis.

3) Unpublished the $1 tier. This is not to be ungrateful, but I did some calculations on the various fees and taxes invlolved. For the $3/5/10+ tier, it's all pretty similar and acceptable, but for the $1 tier all the combined fees are outrageously high (only 78 cents end up in my patreon account, while you pay probably between $1,20-$1,25 including VAT!!). $2 would be better, but that's too close to the $3 tier for no real benefits. (nothing changes for the current $1 tier patrons, it just isn't visible as an option for new patrons anymore)

4) Unpublished the Hall of Fame Ancient Legend tier (idem, nothing changes for existing patrons, just not visible for new patrons anymore). When I started here in January 2020, the idea was (never expecting to actually get them) for the 5 first $10-tier supporters to recieve a special title as for being the first. TECHNICAL --> Patreons "overview" is quite messy, and behaves differently for when people change tiers, when people passively stop supporting, and when people actively stop supporting. But in some cases it would free up the ancient legend tier again when it should not have done so, leaving the "ranking" a bit messed up, and I cannot upgrade it by hand.

So, hereby a special shoutout to the remaining "Ancient Legends" the old garde, my four-and-two-halves longest $10 tier supporters!
