i see it more as, kim's not really tossing Bonnie to the side in favour of Monique, but she's also not a one-woman lady, and if she wants Monique, she'll let Monique know she's wanted, and if she wants Bonnie, she'll go to Bonnie and sort out their differences. The 'real' trick will be getting those two in bed with her at the same time.
