I think I can decipher what Melt is. If we analize her psyche we can see she has a twisted and demented mind, where she sees everyone who disagrees with her point of view, even in the slightlest, as an evildoer that must dies. Not only that, she sees no problem into killing innocent human beings if that is beneficial to her, considering them "sacrifices in the name of justice". Her powers, also are very sexual related, being that her penis is her most dangerous weapon. Also, her acidic body fluids are like a dangerous mockery of of human anatomy. And, the most important part, she eats humans... Melt is a Tactical Evil, the enemies from the manga Kakugo no Susume (Apocalypse Zero in the U.S.A.). She's a human being who was experimented into becoming a living weapon, with her powers designed from her mind, but in the process became an insane creature with a twisted psyche and cannibalistic tendencies. She also has some reality warping powers were she creates a null field which is a replica of her surroundings, were other individuals are trapped inside and she can move anywhere inside, suggesting she was further experimented to become a more advanced and dangerous Tactical Evil. So... Kakugo, put Zero on! There's still a monster you have to defeat, and she's probably the most dangerous and repulsive one you have faced until now!

It's almost comical how un-apologetically evil Melt is. Basically not catering to her whims is designated "evil" for her and then she kills you horribly. And even if you DO cater to her whims you still have like an 80% chance of being killed horribly, lol! Just HOW does her mind even work? At least Lemon doesn't pretend to be a hero, she just does whatever she wants just because she CAN.
