Visual Morning Meditation

I’m a night owl, so if I meditate in the morning, I’m gonna fall back asleep. If that happens, I’m leaning on you Gael! You might have to carry me back or wake me up again!😴

This is the stuff where you and RBG really complement each other! I used to start meditating with a visualization - pick a peaceful spot. I love how this puts me in that place, especially with the sound of the water and birds. Just some quick feedback - the video ends abruptly, and it might be nice to fade out the sound as in other audios 😉 Thanks, you twos!

When you said ”Look without naming a thing. What do you see when you don’t name anything? When you just look.”, something happened that I didn't expect or see coming at all. My imagination suddenly went into high gear and all these weird and funny characters and creatures started to appear in the water, the stones and the trees. A fantasy world took shape in front of me. After the video was finished I opened up Photoshop and started drawing. It’s been a while since I had that feeling of joy in my body while drawing and it felt so good. A huge thanks to the both of you for this beautiful, calming and inspiring video ❤ You guys make a great team!

Bliss. Watched this on a sunny morning by a lake, so, complete relaxation immersion! Interesting that my eyes went straight to the flowing stream and I was mesmerized by it for the whole video. Just beautiful, G, thank you so much ❤️

Great collaboration. Your words pair well with the serenity of the scene. Left this on RBP's YT: I've been unwell today. My body aches all over from the effects of the second vaccine. I've been trying to sleep it off, hiding under a blanket. I awoke frustrated, my heart beating so rapidly, it has jumped into my ears. Everything hurt when I tried to move. I felt nauseated. I watched this video and listened to your word. My heartbeat slowed to a normal pace. The video replicates one of my favourite things to do, sit by the river close to where I live, and just give in to all my senses, letting go of the demands of my mind. I am too sick today to visit it. But this video brought me to that state of mind that comes from being in that special place. The cool breeze caressing my cheeks, the sight of the strong river current, its roaring sound in cadence with birds chirping, the smell of wet earth, and the taste of freedom from the day's wants. Being there. Just being. It reminds me that I am connected to these wonderful things. My collection of flesh and blood and soul (my thoughts, my sentiments, my joys and fears) is but a small tributary in this universe. It makes the worries seem less worrisome. The joys more joyful. For if I am a part of this land, then I embrace the fullness of the connection wholeheartedly.
