My opinion: This one shouldn't even be a poll. The new design is just so much better.
The changes aren't even that easily visible, and yet he just looks better.
If you can't tell: The shape of his face and his hair have changed a little, and he's now a fair bit more muscular. Bro has been hittin the gym!

My judgement is being biased as pre-timeskip Lucas time was way funnier than post timeskip Lucas time.
