CIA has a private investment arm that could potentially allow them to covertly fund online content without YouTube and other platform flagging them. I don't have evidence of this happening yet but the mere capability is a threat on its own.

2022-09-25 18:34:52 +0000 UTCI think when it comes to propaganda the best you can do is make it clear who funded it. I don't think it's feasible to eliminate bias. However, we can be more up front about it which would be helpful .
