This is a list some of my videos demonetized by YouTube. (36 in total) What do you think about this?

Always a potential, but I have followed Dave Rubin, Russell Brant, Sam Harris, Jorden Peterson and many others move ments there, with Locals too over the last maybe the last 3 years.
It seems they are already the big tech firm but with relatively free and unbiased platforms.
They are big enough to have own servers, payment providers and are not "cancelable".
Also diversified and multiple platforms will keep all your great work safe and not wake up one day, like a Tate, and have you deleted due to wrong think .... Maybe
But back on sponsorship it's ok when it philanthropic or acknowledged clearly but crappy when hidden or used to influence the content etc.
Keep it up, it's great work and you are one of the few I enjoy and take time to engage with directly. Much appreciated 👍

I feel like Rumble is just one of those platforms that's waiting to be acquired by a big tech company. Just like all the other "rising" YouTube alts in the past. I have deep trust issues with all platforms. That's my paranoia.

It's how YouTube punished author "wrong think" and manages works exposure based on some mysterious metric.
Put out all on Rumble as well, it's gaining traction and there's also locals there too. At least you will not loose everything if you get straight up banned.
Sadly to keep the exposure you need to be visible to normies and not get into an echo chamber of your own making.

Yes a website is long overdue. Would be easier if I could hire some help. I am currently the only person behind all of this. But will keep working on it until I figure something out.

That would be ideal although it would only isolate from the mainstream I am afraid. I would still love to be able to reach general audiences and "normies" just as much as the initiated.

I used to tag my videos heavily but apparently YouTube longer uses them for recommendations. So I guess it's not useful for boosting the algo anymore.

Update: now I know that you have tags on some videos lol. My question still stands though on whether tagging ever did you any good or not

I took a look at your videos with the most viewership and the ones that have little viewership and noticed that they don't have tags in any of them. I don't know if all your videos are like this, but maybe you can start giving your videos tags so that you could increase the chances of your videos being noticed? I imagine that it's a slightly decent workaround to the blacklisting by the YouTube algorithm, and you can dedicate tagging to the videos that are demonetized as well as the monetized ones you want most people to see that don't have a lot of viewership.

What about creating your own website and serving ads on the site but using IPFS to host the video and video playback https://ipfs.video/ Will save the bandwidth and generate income via ads. To grow the audience - post to youtube a trailer and then verbally link to your site for more details. What do you think?

This IS the Hated One, so gotta expect to be hated lol. Jokes aside, there must be some way to be independent from these platforms (i.e. publishers), since you're being demonitized anyway.
Suggestions could be a website with all you're most-likely-hated videos and patreon, and YT could harbor the more network-friendly ones, as you did mention some months ago you wanted more public non-techie topics and vids to get a broader audience.
This is like a war game, let your enemies maneuver and you're fucked. Also know what to expect from them. This wasn't unpredictable, being ahead of the curve can sometimes he hard af. Putting all our heads together can help find solutions. Your network is your net worth. Let's win.
PS I haven't been present lately, but finally back!
