Quick Update - Progress Made! (21/3/21)

Update recommences.
Kyn is finally done again. He took a bit longer than expected cos I started getting properly into his rigging. I wanted to fix the mistakes I'd made with Efas new rig, which I need to re-do again because it has some pretty awful fuckups in it. Her fingers don't bend the right way...
Kyn has some neat Shapes attached, so now I can do facial expressions through his rig, where before all expressions were shapekeys.
Anyway, the goal for this week has in fact been achieved. Kyn has been completed, and he's been stuffed into a scene. We are now down to 3 scenes left for this episode. The first one I just need to go back to. Second one has half of Efas animation and no Kyn yet. Third scene has been 1/3 rendered already, and another 1/3 has been animated with Efa and the new Kyn. The final 1/3 has had camera set up and layout ready. It's just the ending scene, so minimal animation in the last third. I'm hoping in the next day or so I should be able to start on rendering that.
Goals for the next week? I've been doing another unrelated animation on the side whenever I get frustrated with the episode and the NLA timeline. Would be good to get that finished. Priority though needs to be getting as many of the last 3 scenes completed. 100% get the final scene, hopefully tomorrow. The longtake scene, I want to at least get it animated and see if I get near rendering that. The first scene, I should probably go back and actually finish the bastard thing. Let's call this weeks goals scene 3 rendered and scene 2 animated at least.
