Added 2021-09-01 20:18:00 +0000 UTCI honestly thought it had been longer, but turns out the last one was mid-april, so 4 months isn't the worst. Hey, Prequel hasn't updated since december!
The final sequence rendered overnight, been at work all day and now I'm working on the edit. It should be done by tomorrow, with the bulk of editing tonight and then rendering it out will take a few hours. Full disclosure, there's a few janky bits. Once I've got it released for you guys, I'll also work on fixing any feedback I get as well before the final released episode. It's going to be hopefully 98% the same between versions.
I was hoping to get it done this evening, but traffic was terrible coming back from work, had to eat and all that shit, and it turns out the full thing is hovering aroung the 6min mark, so there's a bunch of dialogue to make, position and sync up.

Something I would really like to do eventually, is to get voices in these things and push away from the subtitles. One part of that is actual lip-sync. I've been looking into way to simplify my workflows, and once I get out of my van and start renting, I'm going to seriously look into motion capture to get better character animations and facial expressions. Turns out I can set up a mocap studio for about £60 using Kinect and a few other bits and pieces. I don't know if it's a viable path, but at that price it could be fun to at least experiment with.
