Home Invader (r)

Here's a bit of history.
The first things I posted on e621 was this comic called Home Invader. I'd thrown 6 pages together over the course of a day, and I'd only just created the username, so I posted it there.
Naturally, several of the pages were immediately flagged by users because they hated it and didn't want to see it, and wanted to punish me for daring to make it. Obviously, I'm a glutton for punishment, so as a Halloween thing, I've remade it using my current workflows. This one has taken 2 weeks to do.
For the most part, I referred to the original and replicated a lot of the angles and shots. The bedroom is more up to date. It has been a decade, things have changed in technology. I did change the ending slightly. As some people pointed out, it was slightly rapey, so it's been changed to being a personal choice. I'd like to stipulate that I haven't dumbed it down or anything to avoid controversy, it's more been changed cos I think I actually prefer this ending.
The original, took about 12 hours total and was made up as I went. This one has taken 2 weeks, so I had time to think of ways to improve, which I hope I've managed.
In other news, the next episode is maybe a week or two away. I'm working on the last scene. I'm also putting Efa and the Wolf back a bit. There are a few reasons for this:
- I'm working on a project for someone else at the moment
- I'm in the process of actively looking at houses to rent
- I'd like to use mocap for the series where possible, which needs a house
I want to make it as high quality as I can, and I'd like to bring in some more tools to help with that, but it will take a little longer to achieve that. I will keep you guys updated, cos I really want to get that one on the go.
