Backend Billing on Patreon Might Affect You
Added 2019-07-17 18:44:46 +0000 UTCIt's come to my attention that there may be users that have subscribed but have not received links and downloads. Through some back and forth with Patreon, it's related to an update that happened on their backend.
Long story short: Patreon used to keep declined old bills in the system until you updated your info. This meant that when patrons updated payment info their bill was listed under the last month billed instead of the current month. This is no longer the case, but it is not a retroactive fix. So anyone who had an outstanding bill before the update will still have that old bill on file until they update their info.
If you have not received your links or downloads and you know you've subscribed to the correct tier, or if you did not receive links in the recent past and suspect this might be the reason, please send me a message through Patreon so I can check your name in the system to verify that your payment and I'll send you links.
I'm so sorry to those who have missed out due to this blip. Patreon never announced these changes (as far as I am aware). But now the confusion is cleared up and I know how to handle this issue moving forward.

In our store it is not automatic. On Patreon it is automatic. Patreon it's $7 not $5 for Gold subscription. Patreon you stop supporting. Patreon has info on how to do that in their help center.
