This is something you'll be able to find around New Cyana.
All in game of course.
The QR Code will eventually lead to a gallery that can only be unlocked with the QR Code. Essentially it'll be an in game magazine with unique pictures that you can then download. Currently it gives filler text.
I'll post another one without all the text.

Well I certainly can't wait to get my paws ones on the Rio and Ava magazine and I also think the Kristy pic below had a code to. Interesting enough, when I tried the code on this one, it took me to the website so it goes somewhere
