Happy Monday Morning! This week is going to be really fun. You've an assignment to get done!

Day One (You have the 16th & 17th to complete.)

Step#1: You will need to google "Random Number Generator". In most cases Google provides one at the top of the results. Once you've secured your RNG, move to the next step.

Step#2: You need to roll for 2 values. Below will be the min-max's and their purpose.

Time Value: 1 to 60 (Minutes)

Speed Value: 1 to 100 (BPM)

Make note of these results and move to the next step.

Step#3: Locate your favorite content within the limits of your Time Value. You may select whatever you like. Move to next step.

(Hint: The Gauntlet on our PH fits any possible Time you could roll.)

Step#4: Now that you're setup with your content, grip and practice a stroke pattern that fits your Speed Value. BPM = Strokes Per Minute. Move to next step.

Step#5: Start your content and try to last as long as you are able. Release is allowed. Once you've either released or completed your video, make note of your timestamp for Day One. Or write "No Release" in its place if you survived. I expect these records to be turned-in to me no later than Friday Night. Move to next step.

Step#6: Rest and prepare for Day Two.
