Especially cajun spicy chicken. The Northeast: Seafood. Oysters and fish and especially lobster. Virtually anywhere: Steak. Filet Mignon. Southwest: Mexican food. Tacos, burritos, etc. West coast: Crab. More seafood. Organic stuff. Craft beer. Anywhere: BURGERS AND RIBS. Good hunting.
