To show my old man self, watching MTV's The Grind and Singled Out stick out in my mind. I realized I was automatically focusing on the fattest girls, and oddly enough for cable TV, there were definitely a few with big bellies and overall chunkiness.

I read that "Drink Me" scene as Alice going "out", not "up" and her body needed to fit through the arched door like a Tetris piece. Kids think the darnedest things.
