Some people are selfish and like to get what they want versus what the creator wants to do or anyone else, so they act bitter and shit on something they don't like. I've not heard controversy myself, but I don't really go out to seek it. I've simply just been a fan of your work for a long time, so here I am now.

Interesting to see where this will lead us. I just read a whole bunch of internet-whining about this comic and since I'm a quiet Finnish myself and usually dont comment much I had to come here to give a thumb up. I really like this kind of more slow paced belly-related comics that are different what majority of those comics usually are. Keep up the good work!

I actually discussed this with a doctor :D And we agreed that even if its not 100% accurate it makes sense from a narrative perspective and only people versed in medicine would find problems in this.

I don't know yet. Currently I feel like never returning to that project or ending it with something dramatic as I've garnered such disdain towards the series and the characters by this point. I'm hoping that by letting it rest I can go back to it with a fresh mind, but as of now that is impossible.

I am sorry for being pedantic, but I would like to point out, that if her intestine ruptured (a life threatning condition), she would have to undergo an urgent laparotomy ( surgery of the abdomenal cavity) to suture the rupture, she would be in intensive care, not in a normal room and she wouldnt have a blood infection, but peritonitis.

Not to be rude, but when is the next part to dinner with sister coming out. It just kinda stopped rather than coming to a conclusion. I know you said you wanted to get this one going good, but I kinda want to see the other one reach some form of closure.

So... is the doc really that fat or is Sydney just hallucinating from the head trauma/meds?

This is a pretty stunning turn of events to say the least! Now I feel a bit guilty for finding her fall cute given that it was quite a bad one. Also, there are half a dozen delicious directions for this doctor to go in, but I'm just imagining her hypocritically trying to tell her patients to lose weight.
