I'm still having issues with paypal accepting my payment. Additionally it won't take a card :(

I received an email saying my pledge wasn't processed but my info hasn't changed.

It doesn't benefit them in any way (not that it benefits ANYONE) but they are assumedly under a lot of pressure from payment companies like paypal and who knows what else.

Looks like my payment went through fine, but this is really disappointing to hear on Patreon's part. You would think that a place dedicated to providing an alternate revenue source for creators wouldn't have such draconian policies, but apparently not. I have no idea how it even benefits Patreon in any way to police content, because they're going to get a cut regardless of what it is.

Forget all legal definitions of what counts as mature. They can tag my page mature at their own whim and I can do nothing except take them to court about it which I'd obviously lose.

If you've got a minute, could you elaborate on what got your page flagged in the first place? I know one of Patreon's rules is that you can't have risque content in your banner or any public posts, but is there more to it than that?

You usually do not unless the problem persists for weeks, so no worries there.
