Subscription Billing Annoucement!

Starting in September, We will change billing system to Subscription Billing.
About how it work :
-Old Patreon member will be charge at 1st of the month as always! (Don't worry!)
-A newcomer will be charge at the day they're sub and it will be the same day for next month after!
Example (For newcomer) : If you sub at 12th August. Your next charge will be 12th September!
We need to change accord to Patreon policy if not Patreon member who use Patreon on IOS app will not able to pledge anymore.
