I think Embiid and Simmons are both overrated. That whole "coach holding players accountable" is not applicable in today's game, where players are THEIR OWN BRAND, and have way more power than any coach. They show up and play when they want, and take off when they want. Not to mention woke to the max, and always talking much more game than they play. After the pedigree of Wilt/Moses/DrJ, this group of poseurs is not even fit to be on the same court.

I don't think Embiid is overrated, I think he's very immature, and might be more concerned with celebrity than he is with basketball. Don't trade him or Simmons(he's also immature) though. I'm still high on them, I think the immaturity will fade with age. Also get some better complementary role players!
