Naming the Official Templin Institute Stream Currency
Added 2020-01-07 21:35:36 +0000 UTCAttention Institute Personnel!

Twitch has recently introduced a new “Channel Points” system in which viewers can earn points by watching our streams, subscribing, cheering Bits, and interacting with us and the rest of our viewers. These points can be redeemed to highlight messages, unlock emotes, and eventually, give access to some custom stuff we’re still working on.
And just to be absolutely clear, this is not some sort of weird cybercurrency with a real world monetary value, just a fun thing you can earn on Twitch.
If you’d like to know more, go here:
https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/channel-points-guide?language=en_US#viewers
While this is pretty cool, the name “channel points” will not serve, so we need your help in naming the official Templin Institute stream currency*.
We await your decision! And of course, if you’d like to start earning Temploons/Tempence/Tempscrip/Tempeso, make sure you’re following us on https://www.twitch.tv/templininstitute and tuning in to the streams!
*This will replace the Schlim Schlam which has been discontinued due to rampant hyperinflation.
Comments
Tempence for the singular and collective forms, tempennies for the plural form.
