Btw, LeBron's playing such a dirty game lol. When he's on camera and he's ask about the Lukas, the Giannises he'll say like : "Oh Giannis his that guy now. He's one of the best in the world!" or " I see alot of me in Luka". And then... He'll disseminate he's minions on random settings in Hollyweird to answer these comparative questions and they'll always shoot down or flat out denigrate any attempts to have anybody compare with Lebron. And its become very obvious that say Shumpert opinion on Luka and Gilbert Arenas on Giannis is truly Lebron REAL opinion on these guys. He just cant have himself say it on tv like that. He's gotta play the progressive ambassador for the game. But its obvious to me in the manner they answer these questions thats its really how Lebron feels on these subjects. He thinks Giannis is all athleticism and no IQ and Luka has no athleticism to compare to him.

2022-10-13 17:27:17 +0000 UTCLuka's game is very influenced by the era he's playing in but in terms of who he represents, he's very much Jerry West part 2. Hyper competitive (there's much stories on that), super unstoppable scorer who just couldn't get the big one during a long long time. Mans had series averaging around 40pts and still losing. Like Luka vs The Clippers. So Luka's always gonna be in the mix in the playoffs and look like he doesn't have enough help, but does he really? He's a poor one on one defender although underated in off-ball defense. Furthermore, him and West possibly had trouble putting foot on the gas pedal at the right time. There's multiples times you have to activate it in games and especially big games. Sum times it means a big steal, a big block, a unexpected pass, a score on another player to quiet him down if hot etc etc. By the 2nd 3peat, Jordan finally got it to a T but initially he started the same way as West and Luka. But he had the rare evolution from that style of play (mega scoring). Which is incredibly hard and rare for scorers to do. Playmakers like Bird and Magic have had an easier time getting to that lvl. So we'll see with Luka. But for all the criticism, hes damn good man. Damn good.
