A quick update regarding shipping!

Attention Institute Personnel!

After what has become our biggest month ever, I wanted to give you a brief update on when you can expect your physical rewards to be shipped. The short answer is: that’s going to depend on a few factors. Expanding the kinds of rewards sent out meant we also needed to expand how we fulfill those items. Depending on your tier and the various special offers you might have been eligible for, you could be receiving rewards from Templin Headquarters East in Calgary, Alberta, Templin Headquarters West in Vancouver, BC and our various fulfillment partners in the United States and likely some combination of all three.

As you might expect, there are a few challenges here, the first of which is that Vancouver was under water for a while. The second is that packages sent from each location will take varying amounts of time to arrive. On top of that, the huge number of new patrons and massive interest in our Campaign Ribbons was well beyond our expectations. Because of this, we need to get even more produced. This is all to say that you may be receiving different items at different times. If you receive a patch but not a pin for example, don’t panic, this is to be expected. It will just take a bit longer to arrive!

Regardless, as long as you were eligible to receive a reward, even if you cancel or change your pledge level in the intervening time, you will be getting that reward. We’re aiming to get everything shipped by the end of December, but it could potentially take until mid-January if certain critical factors don’t go our way. Until then, I very much appreciate your patience. Getting a huge influx of support here on Patreon is certainly exciting, but it does mean that fulfilling rewards takes a bit more time.
