And I also have low hemo and anemia as well. I'm having a bbl in two months so I've been drinking beet juice everyday and it raised my hemo from 9 to 14. So for anyone else with that same problem that helps too

Most black peoples are deficient in vitamin d becwuse melanin blocks the absorption or the suns rays and we aren't spending as much time outside in the sun. There are many studies showing that vitamin d along with diet and exercise will shrink the fibroid. My whole family struggles with them but my mom as well as me shrinked hers with supplement and lifestyle
