We want to try a thing — Video podcasts update

Spotify recently released a new feature that enables video podcasts for people listening (and now watching) in the Spotify app. We decided to give this a shot, as they’re encouraging creators to try it and may help signal boost podcasts that use it.
This means our video podcasts are going to essentially be public, so we also thought we might as well release some of these upcoming video podcasts episodes on the Beyond the Screenplay YouTube channel. Our hope is that the added video element brings more listeners to the show and helps the podcast grow.
Obviously, all this means that video podcasts will no longer be exclusive to $5+ patrons. You'll still have exclusive access to our "What We're Watching" series, and we have plans for more shows after we finish Foundation (True Detective S1, perhaps?).
If this ends up being a permanent situation, we'll cook up a new fun benefit for you (if you have specific ideas or requests let us know in the comments!)

I *love* the monthly bonus episode/review. I’m ok with making video episodes public. (I hope the interactions don’t move over to Spotify as a whole, as I don’t use that platform. )
