I am an artist who loves telling stories visually through the medium of animation and comics, however I don't consider myself that skilled of a writer. I have read many books and watched many videos (particularly your channel's) about screenwriting and storytelling in general, but somehow I can't seem to get dialogue right. My dream is to team up with a screenwriter who can more or less take the pressure off my shoulders for writing good dialogue. As professional writers, I imagine you guys get work-for-hire jobs pretty often. As someone looking for a writer, how would I, an independent contractor with no ties to big studios, who hopes to produce an independent project completely on his own, be able to find a writer who can help make his or her story into a reality?
