Dazed & Confused is often coupled with Almost Famous. Looking back to the AF episode, are they really two sides of the same coin or is this misguided use of weaponised nostalgia?

Which instead of being one night on the last day of high school, takes place over the 3 days right before college starts in the 80’s vs the 70’s in Dazed.
