I was watching the second episode of TD and knew I had to subscribe to the Patreon because I needed to hear what you guys were saying. I thought the 2nd episode was ridiculous to be honest. The script is just really confusing with all the different locations and family connections. And like you mentioned the tone is so comedic at times?? The dialogue is wooden. It felt like an SNL parody at times. Anyway, I do hope Tricia does a scene breakdown in one of the future recordings and maybe give some suggestions how to improve it? Looking forward to episode three, not necessarily of True Detective but your discussions π
