I'm so lucky to have had a grandma who always asked me, "Suzanne where's the silver lining?". It was a game that sent me into an upward spiral, no matter the current circumstances. Suddenly whatever sad or frustrating events in my life found their way into being the gateway of opportunities for growth, new experiences, and ultimately, always, gratitude. It's a choice, to speak down into fear and hopelessness, or up into bravery and creativity! Anyone who argues otherwise, has made their choice, and sticking to it. I'm sticking to my joy, because my happiness is my health, my creativity is the expansion of existence and the natural flow of life, and I am seriously enjoying staying home and beautifying my home, loving my horses and kitten, dancing in dresses, watching lethal weapon marathon while eating cookies and pie and ice cream, finally getting unpacked and organized, building shelters, sheds, a patio for my studio, a deck for my little home, gardening, cooking, lots of lovin, planning the future, drawing, painting, fun! Fun! FUN!
The physical atmosphere has tremendously improved with our staying in place, and now its our delight to enhance the emotional atmosphere with beneficial thoughts of health, joy, beauty, gratitude, and reduce the pollutants of fear, frustration, jealousy, yearning for the past. I believe everyone can step up into their most joyous selves and use their powers for their own good and therefore the good of others. Have SO MUCH FUN today!
