We took in two new darlings, both miniature horses, part appaloosa! Chants and Joey both need major hoof care, and it will take several months of monthly trims to reshape their hooves into a healthy position. The boy, Joey had one hoof completely sideways.. =/ His sister Chants is competitive blind from a rare parasite that's been attacking her liver. She's on my special herbal parasite cleanse as well as liver support supplements, antibiotics for a blood bacterial infection, and the vet is coming Tuesday morning to file down her long twisted teeth that are keeping her from being able to chew properly, and to flush her tear ducts and give her another round of dewormer. Anyhow, your support here has made all this possible, and the health and happiness of our five other residents =)
