Have you ever heard a word for the first time, and suddenly it appears again and again while it still has your "awe" attention? Have you ever talked about someone you haven't thought of in a long time, and then just happen to hear from them or see them, or someone tells you something about that person? In my observations, this phenomena is like a science that I use to my advantage. I am certain that for my experience reality, where I invest my attention, circumstances flourish. It doesn't matter if they're simple or powerful thoughts, fearful or brave. What I have learned for myself is to control my thoughts, (as best anyone can), to focus only on beneficial thoughts, if a problem arises, I focus only on the infinite solutions. It works every single time, and I wish so dearly it were something I could teach to all living souls. There are so many attention getting promoters of a great ridden future right now. It's like junk food for your brain, you know it's unhealthy for you, but somehow its so addictive, so rich with emotion, so easy to get high on a feeling.
Ditch the junk brain food, and make the effort to create, not just consume. If a problem is presented, don't wallow in the hopelessness and fear, go straight to solutions, even if you can't think of any "realistic" positive outcomes, use your imagination, get your mind in a place of hope, send out your most enchanted ideals for our shared future and watch the world shift. You are a super hero and it's time you used your super powers for good! There is no medicine as effective as optimism.
