Status

이번에는 보고가 좀 많이 늦었습니다. 죄송합니다...

본가에 약 2일정도를 가야하는 일이 생겨서 다녀왔더니 귀신같이 몸살이 찾아오는 바람에... 그래도 최대한 작업도 같이 하면서 몸을 좀 추스렀습니다. 글을 올리지 않은점, 다시한번 죄송하다는 말씀을 드립니다.

This time, my progress report is quite late. I sincerely apologize.

I had to visit my parents’ house for about two days, and as soon as I got back, I was hit with a bad bout of fatigue and body aches, as if on cue. Even so, I tried my best to continue working while taking care of my condition. I apologize once again for not posting any updates during that time.

마지막 파일은 아쉽게도 과정을 크게 남겨놓지를 못했습니다... 죄송합니다. 이것도 사실 실수에서 온 문제에요. 항상 파일을 작업할때 01_01, 01_02, 01_03 식으로 단계별 백업을 해두는데, 이 파일은 04 번이거든요. 근데 이 캔버스에서 다른 파일 작업물을 이어 하다가 이름 변경을 까먹고... 04_01을 그대로 저장하는 바람에 겹쳐져 버렸습니다. 저번에 보여드렸던 선화 부분을 포함하지 못했네요.

그래도 거의 다 해놓은 다음 이런 실수를 해서 다행입니다. 만약 이 파일 넘버링이 앞으로 당겨져있었다면... 통째로 날아가버렸겠죠 아마도...

대략적으로 이 파일의 변화는 이렇습니다. 위 파일에서는 손이 하나지만, 다른 손들도 몇개 더 그려볼 예정입니다. 원래는 여기서 입맞춤을 하는걸 그리려고 했는데.... 이 위치와 자세의 앵글에서 큰 변화없이 둘의 얼굴을 부딪힌다는게 얼마나 힘든지를 알게 되었어요. 많이 어렵네요. 그래서 고개를 위로 많이 들게 했더니... 얼굴이 예쁘게 나오지 않을것 같아 고민이 됩니다. 진짜 그림그릴때 가장 피하고싶은 안예쁘게 나오는 앵글 1위인 각도라서 두렵네요.

그래도... 조만간 업데이트 해서 다시 보여드리겠습니다.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to leave much of the process for the last file. I’m sorry about that as well—this was also due to a mistake. Normally, when I work on files, I always keep step-by-step backups named like 01_01, 01_02, 01_03, and so on. This file was number 04. However, I continued working on it after another file on the same canvas and forgot to change the name, so I ended up saving it directly as 04_01, which overwrote the previous data. As a result, I couldn’t include the line art that I showed you last time.

Still, I’m relieved that this mistake happened when the work was already nearly finished. If this file number had been earlier in the sequence, the entire thing might have been completely lost.

Roughly speaking, the changes in this file are as follows. In the previous version, there was only one hand, but I’m planning to draw several additional hand variations. I originally intended to depict the characters kissing at this stage, but I realized just how difficult it is to bring their faces together without making major changes to the angle and pose. It’s much harder than I expected.

When I tried lifting the head upward significantly to make it work, I started worrying that the face wouldn’t come out looking good. Honestly, it’s the angle I most want to avoid when drawing, because it’s very easy for the face to look unflattering, which makes me a bit nervous.

Still… I’ll update it and show it to you again soon.

그리고 기존에 보여드렸던 파일의 변화입니다. 선화 + 밑색이였는데 얼추 밀도를 다 올렸어요.

남성의 손에 변화를 줘보려고 했지만, 자세가 자세인지라 남성의 손을 떼는순간 여성을 안고있는것이 불가능합니다. 그래서 손은 고정으로 하기로 했습니다.

1~4번 프레임은 하반신 1,2 얼굴 1,2 의 차이이고 5번은 이후 파생, 6~7번은 얼굴 확대한 부분으로 넣으려고 추가 작업한 부분입니다.

다만... 6번의 얼굴이 너무 뚜렷하게 잘나와서 문제입니다. ㅠㅠ 얼굴이 너무 안그려져서 원화를 거의 카피하듯 그렸는데, 운이 터지는바람에 너무 잘나와서... 다른 얼굴들이 너무 동떨어져보여서 고민입니다.

혼자만 제 그림스타일과 거의 다르면서도 원본이랑 굉장히 비슷한 느낌이라... 잘그려진걸 못그린걸로 바꿀순 없으니 다른것들을 좀 끌어올려야 할텐데. 고민이 됩니다. 내일 수정할때는 다른 얼굴들이 제발 6번 반만큼만이라도 나와줬으면 싶습니다.

Next are the changes made to the file I showed previously. It was at the line art + base color stage before, but I’ve now raised the overall level of detail quite a bit.

I tried to vary the male character’s hand, but due to the nature of the pose, the moment his hand is removed, it becomes impossible for him to hold the female character. So I decided to keep the hand fixed.

Frames 1–4 show differences between lower body versions 1 and 2, and face versions 1 and 2. Frame 5 is intended for later variations, and frames 6–7 are additional work focusing on close-up views of the face.

However… frame 6 has become a bit of a problem because the face turned out too clear and well-drawn. 😭 I was really struggling to draw the face, so I ended up almost copying the original artwork, and by sheer luck it came out much better than expected. Because of that, the other faces now look noticeably disconnected in comparison, which has me worried.

It stands out as being quite different from my usual drawing style, while also looking very close to the original. I can’t exactly turn a well-drawn result into a worse one, so I’ll need to bring the quality of the other faces up instead—but that’s been a bit of a dilemma. When I revise it tomorrow, I really hope the other faces turn out at least half as good as number 6.
