Blackburn could have left as much as the other person could take a picture of Blackburn, turn it in to authorities with the surveillance footage, pressed charges, instead of pulling him out of the car and now possibly facing arrest just in case the judge is petty. Both individuals actions were unwarranted

I agree with not pressing charges because Blackburn's ego got himself in trouble but just because his ass beating was understandable doesn't mean the assailant's actions wasn't uncalled for. Both of these guys should be arrested for public indecency, this ain't the hood. We've had people beat someone else out of protection in public areas and REGARDLESS if the other person got killed or hurt really bad, there's an arrest made. I'm on the fence about how this isn't the same case
