My suggestion on platform would be DLive, viewers get bits to tip with just for watching and can use cryptocurrencies to tip. Rules are relatively simple and straight forward. I think you would do super well there.

Some art streamers I watch was suspended for a few days even though I think they've either covered up or didn't seem too sexual in nature to go against TOS. Then again I'm speaking out of my ignorance since I'm not an artist, just a watcher/lurker. I just enjoy seeing the process of art being created. Look cool. Nowadays II think it's gotten better and rules probably are more clear but I'll have to wait and see. I probably said this incorrectly though and misrepresented my words. I apologize for that. What I'm trying to say is twitch can be finicky.
