the joke, explained: espresso is concentrated coffee, usually drank in shots, for the caffeine.
a cappuccino is espresso with a little milk, a lot of foam. a "bone dry" cappuccino is espresso with no milk, only foam.
meanwhile, a latte is espresso with a lot of milk, a little foam.
the customer probably assumed "bone dry" meant no foam, emphasizing "no foam" twice, because she didn't want to be "cheated" out of more coffee in her cup, and ended up with 4 small shots of cold coffee in a large cup.
(an additional joke is that iced cappuccino isn't really a thing, because the foam is made by steaming milk. putting heated foam onto a drink with ice essentially just melts the ice and waters down the coffee.)
