writing by hand always seems like a really simple, easy panel, but it honestly takes forever to do well.
--OH, and i keep forgetting to show this nurse's design outside of the green lighting:
she's actually pretty purple! i didn't want her to be the same color scheme as the meerkat.
this page in particular really gave me a tough time -- bad mental health week, and the pacing here would either have made me draw another ~25-panel page (they are Really exhausting), or come off very stilted and weird, so i had to do really twist my head around how i was going to present it visually. it reminds me that comics aren't as simple as script -> draw what the script says, because the visual aspect of this medium is so vital.
